img_1979-1Hi, I am Kayleen Kemp. I am a wife, daughter, sister, auntie, friend and so many other titles who is trying to be the best version of MYSELF. I am building my life by design, working every day to my goals. Whether they are big or small I am always one step closer to reaching where I want to be.

I have done many different jobs or careers over the years but I have truly found my passion which is in pursuit to help others lead happier and healthier lifestyles. You see, in mid 2015 I was suffering from chronic migraines which led to depression. I have always been an anxiety driven person even as a child. But during this time it exacerbated that much more. I sought out different methods to help my situation from a life coach to a migraine course, which all helped but I still felt like there was a missing piece. In August of 2015 I found that piece! It was exercise and eating healthy. Who knew?! Ha ha.

I started my healthy lifestyle journey in August 2015 and have never looked back. I did a daily 30 minute workout, drank my superfood shake, read or listened to personal development and found an amazing support group to motivate me everyday. I loved the fit fam that I grew so close to that I wanted to become a coach myself. So, October of 2015 I made that happen. I sought out my passion of helping others they way I was helped. It is the most rewarding piece of my life to help someone. From that I became a group fitness instructor for dance fitness, aqua fit and booty bootcamp. I have a blast! Then, took it one step further and went back to school to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. It was a HUGE and scary step but I did it! I couldn’t be more proud.

With all of this being said, my purpose of my blog is to help others too find happiness in health, fitness and enjoying life one step at a time. I will share my stories, tips, tricks, recipes and more.
